Footballghana.com can confirm that the 2019 President Cup match between Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak has been pushed from December 15 to December 22, 2019.
The original date for the fixture was on September 9 but it could not be played out to it's conclusion.
Due to heavy rainfall at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium that day, the match was called off after just 10 minutes by match officials.
It was subsequently postponed to Sunday, December 15, 2019, and to be played at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Days to the highly-anticipated fixture, the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) who is the organizer of the game has confirmed that the match is being pushed forward another time.
According to them, it has become necessary because the Cardi B concert held at the Accra Sports Stadium has left the pitch in a bad state.
