Defending champions Asante Kotoko have drawn second-tier side Asokwa Deportivo in the round of 64 of the MTN FA Cup.

Rivals Hearts of Oak will make a short trip to Nungua to face Danbort.

The draw, held on Tuesday, threw up some regional derbies involving Ghana Premier League sides.

Karela United FC host former winners Medeama SC in Tarkwa and in Accra Legon Cities FC entertain Inter Allies.

Aduana Stars host Bechem United at the Nana Agyeman Badu I Park in Dormaa.

Another tantalizing clash will be in Ho where Heart of Lions will host WAFA SC.
