PUSAG Games: Prince Owusu to lead Valley View University

Captain of Valley View University , Prince Adu Owusu will lead his side against Ghana’s Premier University, University of Ghana in a crack friendly game.

The friendly which is expected on Sunday March 8 at the University of Ghana School Park, is in preparation for the annual Private University Sports Association (PUSAG) Tournament.

The Valley View University School team’s preparation has reached a high tempo with the technical team looking to put together a formidable side for the tournament.

VVU posted an enviable 2-0 friendly win over GIMPA with goals coming from skipper, Prince Adu Owusu and Francis Aidoo.

The assistant coach of VVU, Kofi Asare believes the team has gone through the necessary training drills to halt the high flying UG side come Sunday.

The head coach of VVU, Yaw Boateng is leaving no stone unturned this time as he has high hopes in his boys delivering in their friendly against University of Ghana and subsequently the tournament proper.

The ever ready VVU team has been left in the hands of industrious Oheneba Kofi Nti who is the leader of delegation.

Oheneba Kofi Nti’s managerial style has undoubtedly shaped the school team to a level that be could be described beyond measure.

The PUSAG Games is expected to kick start on March 30.
