Health and Fitness Matters in collaboration with Ghana bodybuilding and fitness Association and Eden wellbeing club over the weekend organized a wellness retreat dubbed Beach Camp with Charles at Elmina beach resort, Cape Coast.
According to Charles Owusu-Ansah, the CEO of Health and Fitness Matters, the retreat was held to put a balance between work and play for workers and participants.
Charles Owusu-Ansah who also doubles as the vice president of Ghana bodybuilding and Fitness Association further stressed that the event was also organized to educate participants on how to manage stress, depression and anxiety which leads to high blood pressure that has become a silent killer in our society.
The Beach Camp with Charles created a positive environment for participants to unwind, socialize, network and perform teamwork activities.
The team also took the opportunity to visit the Elmina Castle during the retreat.
