Ghana legend Asamoah Gyan was on the streets of Accra to educate the public on coronavirus preventive measures.
He joined forces with Member of Parliament for the Weija-Gbawe constituency Tina Mensah to distribute rubbing alcohol, sanitizers,soaps, tissue papers, bins and veronica buckets.
The former Sunderland striker has announced he will be making donations to follows soon.
He posted on his twitter account: ''Carried out an educational outreach with @AnimSammy and @TinaGMensah the Deputy Minister of Health and MP for Weija-Gbawe in our communities on covid19 and distributed rubbing alcohol, sanitizers,soaps,tissue papers,bins and veronica bowls..donations to hospitals to follow soon.''
Gyan recently signed for Indian Super League side NorthEast United but has been out of action injured.
