Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko goal poacher Eric Bekoe has charged newly signed striker Kwame Poku to break his records at the club.
Bekoe who became fans favourite player during his stint with the Porcupine Warriors in 2008 wants the former Nkoranza Warriors attacker to surpass his achievements with the club.
“I have watched some videos of Kwame Poku and I am communicating with him. I have given him a target because I want a player who will beat me”
“I even told him to wear my favourite number 42 jersey because it has been abandoned for a longtime. Per his video, I think he needs some finishing touches” he told Vision FM in Accra
Bekoe scored 42 goals in 48 matches for the Kumasi based club and was part of the squad that won the Ghana Premier League in 2008 and went to the group stages in Africa.
