Former Ghana goalkeeper, Richard Kingson has opened up on the exit from the 2006 World Cup in Germany.
The Black Stars qualified for the Mundial for the first time in the history of the country.
After losing to Italy in the opening game by 2:0, Ghana fought hard to beat Czech Republic and USA to book a place in the Round of 16 against Brazil.
However, the Black Stars lost 3:0 to the five-times champions and according to the former Black Stars goalkeeper's trainer, they were just unlucky against the Brazilians.
"Were just unlucky against Brazil," he said.
"After losing to Italy, we stayed together as a team and the unity was unbelievable.
"We came to together and had a good time and that helped us to beat Czech Republic and the USA but we were just unlucky," he added
