This fight must stay cancelled because one guy is emotionally unstable and the other guy is out of shape. We don't want any funerals. No need.

Around the sixties the boxers include great persons like Roy Ankrah,
Floyd Robertson ( Swalala Demon), Joe " Black Hammer" Tetteh, son of Jehovah Witnesses, Teddy Meho ( Lokko Hammer), Love Allotey, Bob Allotey, Joe Alagbe, Oblittey Commey ( Fighting Fisherman) who held the national welterweight title longer than any one, Jomo Jackson, Ekow Nkranie (Heavyweight champion), Breman Owuo (Ashanti Region featherweight champion). These were men of honour. Joe Tetteh knocked out Sitri Mario of Italy, Billy Culvert, and Percy Lewis of Trinidad and was most popular before the infamous fight with Floyd Robertson.

In the 70s and 80s there a new crop of professional boxers like Sulley Shittu, Joe Oke, George Edu, Scorpion Ofosu and legends like DK Poison. Azumah Nelson, Clottey brothers, and more.

Now there is an influx of strange and counterfeit boxers. But this time shall come to pass and the glorious days of Ghana boxing shall return.

I would have liked Powers to win (because of all the trash talk from BKB), but from the very limited footage I've seen on youtube, I think BKB would have won. BKB just keeps coming forward. When you hit him, it does not seem to register! However BKB needs to improve on his defence if he is to progress. At the moment he leaves himself open because his opponents shots do not hurt him, but as he gets to the higher levels of boxing, he will need to cover up.
