How do you get punching power u ask?
1. You need to build your shoulder calf muscles. You do this by lifting heavy weights, dumbbells with each arm in a vertical position over and over. Look at the size of the shoulder calf muscles of Lennox lewis, mares, klitchsko. "Commercial" Commey should have KO this frenchkid!
