Accra bourse continues steady climb

Accra, March 27, GNA - The GSE All Share Index, the benchmark measure of the Accra bourse, rose by 11.2 points to close at 7,615.65 points compared to 7,604.45 points at the previous close on Wednesday. Change for the year to date now stands at 15.39 per cent. Traded volumes were up at 499,500 shares from 472,100 shares. On the broader market there were two positive price changes. Ecobank Ghana gained 0.02 GH cedis at 2.62 GH cedis and GOIL went up 0.01 GH cedis to close 0.26 GH cedis. Market capitalisation closed the session up at 13,809.51 million GH cedis from 13,802.54 million GH cedis on Wednesday.
