Accra, April 6, GNA - The main index of the Accra Bourse closed Monday's session down under the weight of a loss by Ecobank Ghana Limited.
The GSE All-Share Index, the benchmark measure of performance of the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE), went down by 33.22 points to end the session at 8,991.01 points from 9,024.23 points.
Change for the year to date is -13.81 per cent. Market capitalisation started the week at GH¢17,860.79 million while shares that changed hands were a mere 14,500. There were only one price change, a GH¢0.15 loss of Ecobank Ghana Limited to GH¢3.00.
