The Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo (GPLE) is excited to announce its 2024 global series, beginning in Washington DC at The Royal Sonesta Hotel, followed by London at the Pestana Hotel, Chelsea Bridge, and concluding in Accra at the Alisa Hotel, North Ridge. This international series will showcase Ghana’s thriving real estate, tourism, and lifestyle sectors.
The Expo offers attendees a unique platform to engage with real estate experts and explore lucrative investment opportunities in Ghana. Featuring dynamic panel discussions and interactive sessions, the Expo will highlight the rapid growth of Ghana’s real estate and lifestyle industries.
Accra’s real estate market is booming and driven by increasing demand for luxury properties. Recently, Time Out magazine ranked Cantonments, Accra, among the top 40 neighborhoods globally. As the gateway to Africa, Ghana is seeing strong demand from the diaspora and beyond for property investment.

Co-organised by Anna and Victoria Agyekum, founders of On Point Property Management Ltd, the Expo will feature a lineup of government agencies, guest speakers, and industry professionals offering insights on property investment, legal advice, financial planning, and tourism.

The Washington DC Expo is part of Ghana in DC Week, organized in collaboration with the Ghana Embassy in Washington DC, Beyond the Return, and the Ghana Tourism Authority. This week-long celebration of Ghana’s culture and investment potential aims to foster stronger connections between Ghana and the U.S.
The Expo will also celebrate Ghana’s rich cultural heritage, with exhibitors showcasing local products, services, and tourism offerings. It aims to promote Ghanaian businesses to an international audience, foster partnerships, and expand global investment.
