Gold Coast Fund Management opens branch in E/R

The Gold Coast Fund Management, a non-banking financial institution, has opened its first branch in the Eastern Region at Koforidua to help promote investment in the region.

The new branch which is the sixteenth to be established by the fund is located within the premises of the Kama Plaza.

The fund would offer services in investment in stocks, treasury bills, bonds, fixed income securities and other financial services.

Speaking at the opening of the branch, Mr Kwaku Fredua-Agyemang, Head of Greater Accra and Eastern Regional branches, said in addition to the major services offered, customers were assured of high interest rates and good financial and investment advice.

He said financial institutions now managed a portfolio of over Gh¢1.5 billion and created a conducive environment for their customers to do business without difficulty.

"In the last three years in a roll, we have been adjudged the best fund managers of the year and also, we were adjudged the best customer service institution of the year for three years and we would place all these experience at the doorsteps of our customers,” he said.

Mr Fredua-Agyemang said his outfit was specialised in making customers’ money yield dividends, adding that it was a well regulated investment institution with a lot of experience to offer the business community and people in the region.
