NIB presents HP laptop to IFEJ Flamingo Awards winner

The National Investment Bank (NIB) on Friday presented a brand new hp Laptop to Mr Kwabena Adu Koranteng, as part of the Bank’s sponsorship package for the Institute of Financial and Economic Journalists’ (IFEJ) 2016 Flamingo Awards.

The laptop which was presented to Mr Adu Koranteng , a senior Journalist with the New Crusading Guide by Mr Charles Wordey, Head of Corporate Affairs in the presence of Mr Lloyd Evans, former president of the Institute and Rayborn Bulley, Current president, was also witnessed by Mrs Elsie Amorine, Manager , Corporate Affairs ,Mr Rasheed Issah, and Yahayah Kwamoah, assistant Manager of the Bank.

Speaking to the New Crusading Guide after the donation, Mr Adu Koranteng praised NIB for the gift and promised to also do his best to promote the NIB brand. “I am very grateful for the gesture which I believe will facilitate my work as journalists”.

“I will also do my best to promote the NIB brand through my medium and ensure that it receives the needed attention among our readers.” he stated.

Mr Adu Koranteng, a beneficiary of the Natural Resource Governance Institute (NRGI) training on the extractives and the 2016 summer School won the award for the Best in Extractives and Best in Development news stories at the 2016 IFEJ Flamingo awards.
