Stock market ends nearly flat

Accra, Sept. 21, GNA - The GSE All-Share Index ended nearly flat in dull trading on Wednesday that saw only two weak price changes. The index inched up by a mere 0.02 points at 4,884.20 points from Tuesday's 4,884.18 points.

Change for the year-to-date ended flat at -28.16 per cent. There were two price changes, both positive.

Enterprise Insurance Company gained three cedis at 6,013 cedis while Fan Milk Limited was one cedi better at 15,556 cedis. Shares that changed hands were better at 120,400 from 65,300 shares on Tuesday.

Market capitalisation closed better at 92,144.94 billion cedis from 92,144.85 billion cedis on Tuesday from 3,393.18 issued shares.
