Stock market inches up in dull session

Accra, Sept. 29, GNA - The Accra bourse on Thursday inched up in another dull session with the main index gaining 0.3 points. The GSE All-Share Index, the main stock gauge, ended at 4,878.25 points and change for the year-to-date was -28.25 per cent. There were two price changes, both positive.

Enterprise Insurance Company (EIC) continued its rise with five cedis at 6,035 cedis while Fan Milk Limited was also up by 39 cedis at 15,600 cedis.

Shares that changed hands ended at 97,500. Market capitalisation went up at 92,129.65 billion cedis from 3,393.18 million issued shares.
