Out of the hundreds of thousands of new buildings across the world, only a select exceptional few go on to be successful in the International Property Awards. From those, only one can be crowned the overall World’s Best.
Over the past year, a panel of over 80 expert judges, chaired by four UK Lords, have studied and assessed thousands of entries from 115 countries to the world-renowned International Property Awards.
The winners at country level have already been decided, but the ultimate World’s Best Property Development winner will not be revealed until the 2017-18 International Property Awards on Monday 4th December during the awards ceremony at The Savoy Hotel London.
Contenders have now competed throughout the regional stages of the competition and three of the highest scoring nominees per category from each region will eagerly await the results to reveal the overall Arabian regional winners and ultimately which interior design is the best in the world!
A range of Arabian interior designers who are in the running for the World’s Best award include:
Bishop Design Studio - Interior Design Apartment for the Oceana Residences Private Apartment project located in Dubai. www.bishopdesignme.com
Zen Interiors LLC - Interior Design Show Home for the Pearl Jumeirah project located in Dubai. www.zeninteriors.net
They will compete against other companies and projects from across the globe to determine the World’s Best Architecture, Development and Interior Design.
The awards, now in their 24th year, celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating within Architecture, Real Estate, Interior Design and Development sectors. They are the world’s largest and most wide-ranging programme of awards in the property industry.
Over the course of 2017, the International Property Awards has received over 1700 entries from 115 countries.
Covering 48 different residential and commercial categories, regional heats are staged for Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific. These have been celebrated at gala presentation events in Bangkok, Dubai, London and Toronto during the course of the year.
President of the International Property Awards, Stuart Shield, says: “After a year-long process of evaluating and assessing many thousands of entries our judging panel is now ready to announce its final results. We will now reveal the finest interior designs in each region and also those that have excelled overall to win the fiercely contested title of World’s Best.”
Winners so far can be found at www.propertyawards.net/winners and the overall World’s Best winners will be released shortly after the event on the 4th December.
