In the last two months, Ghanaians have been struggling with inconsistent power supply disruptions, commonly known as 'dumsor'.
While the government has occasionally claimed that the situation is not as severe as experts suggest, power outages have been frequent and are affecting livelihoods and businesses.
This has prompted calls for the government to either fulfill its financial obligations or resolve the technical challenges once and for all.
GhanaWeb TV visited various communities in the capital, Accra, to speak with Ghanaians about the impact of the outages and whether the government should provide a timetable to help them plan better.
Some individuals interviewed by GhanaWeb expressed that the current power crisis, especially in an election year, might influence how they vote in the upcoming polls.
