About GhS12B can be realized by trimming the size of government, putting a moratorium on unnecessary travels, and limiting the size of delegations to only crucial international meetings.

  So Dr. Kissi who are the beneficiaries of these projects. Ghanaians are to benefit from state revenue. You as MP promised your constituents Good road, schools, hospitals employment etc to win your seats and later run to the MOF for funding. What we need is strong non partisan National Development Planning Authority to avoid recklessness and waste. Spending on Education, Water, Energy, Health is not waste no matter what.

  NADAAddo if he were to be running this country Ghana as a business will not wakeup and be over promising, maintaing a huge wage bill cum oversized gov't machinery, over borrowing like water flowing into a busket and end up having to increase taxes on everything.
