  These crooks and criminals as lawyers should leave Dr. Nduom alone. They just want to extort more money from him. They will never win the appeal. GN Bank or GN Savings broke many regulations and does not have a strong case. For example, your Networth shouldn't be negative and the bank's Networth was. The argument that the bank financed government projects and if government had paid the contractors, they would have settled their debts with the bank and the bank would have had positive Networth didn't hold water. In any case, the bank didn't lend to government but to its own clients who performed government contracts. If you have any case, it should be against your clients and your clients too will have a case against government. This is common sense. Stop lying to Dr. Nduom.
