This means:
1) All contracts signed by him are illegal, null & void
2) Dormelevo was targeted due to his stands against corruption and ethnic background
3) Lawlessness on the part our current president.

Even forgetting the man is supposed to be a Reverend Minister, and so to uphold the truth, he is also a public servant, holding public office, and therefore accountable to the public in all ways. Why are the Abena Osei-Asares and co protesting the question? Was not Domelovo kicked out because they said he was 60? Why are our principles so corrupted that we are ready to defend the indefensible? Why, Ghana, why?

Incredible. And the auditor general was expeditiously instructed to go leave prior to his retirement date?

As far as I know, there is no law making it illegal to continue working after sixty years if your employer has not replaced you. I remember when he even traveled out of Ghana it was fast speculated that he was running away after chopping money. What will be said if he suddenly stops working when his employer or SSNIT has not asked him to proceed on retirement.

My friend, let me tell you PLAIN: in contries where system work: after reaching the age of 50, the pension scheme writes to you every year and informs you about the DAY your pension begins. From the day you attain the mandatory age, you'll be AUTOMATICALLY taken off the list of employees and that of the accounts department of that company - AUTOMATICALLY, by which time your employer has already found a substitute because the pension athorities also inform your employer.
You may then re-apply to work on contract basis.
Nana Kofi Adu II, let us all be real and truthful and not support EVERYTHING because we belong to a particular party: when party does right let's all cheer the party and equally when a part goes wrong let is condemn it.

The Commissioner General of GRA has admitted he is past sixty years. Is up to the President to remove him. He hasn't falsified docs unlike former AG Dolemevo.

Move out of the way and allow systems to grow. There are younger Ghanaians who are more than qualified and are fully able to do the work. Stop stifling progress.

Parliament must work effectively to increase the Retirement age from the current 60 years to 65years. Even most countries with strong and stable economy have it after 63-- 65years.
