Does the economics genius understand anything? It's stunning, or funny he didn't think betting is a very bad idea for the youth.

I remember two guys committing suicide after, the first after using his University fees for betting and the other having used his wife's business cash. In between this there are very many stupid cases of losses that didn't go well with the losers. That means this game must be discouraged.
