  Judicious Use of Revenue is the answer not aggressive pursue of tax collection however that is also important.
  
  Looking back, what has been our failure as a nation is how bad our governments waste state money on trivialities as privileges for government officials and their families, reckless waste never mind mr CORRUPTION.
  However little we have if we use them wisely we can go a long way.
  however much we get, if we continue with this misplaced priorities where Akuffo Addo and the likes fly private jets, Okyere Darko champions the the government debt cases, and Ofori Attah siphoned state money into Data Bank, The procurement system is blatantly skewed to line the pockets of government officials
  In the face of all these, one would ask WHERE WAS BAWUMIA WHILE ALL THESE GAINED GROUND UNDER THE NPP REGIME HE IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF?
  
  Bawumia thinks digitization is just the software. Digitization everywhere in the world has significantly in the last ten years as an EVOLVAING PROCESS.
  TAKING CREIDT FOR IT GHANA IS A DISGRACE AND HE KNOWS IT. BUT FOR POLITICAL REASONS HEV TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THE MANY ILL-INFORMED GHANAIANS
