  Refinery is a business of scale because operation is expensive with only marginal profits. The more capacity u have the more profitable the company . TOR is old rickety and useless and will never be profitable. We can’t keep on investing taxpayers money to keep this useless refinery ongoing Bout time govt sells it off to a private investor who is willing to invest and modernise. Since no one seems interested , we shd just scrap it.

  The next government should probe all these appointment holders immediately the governing party losses the elections even if fairness means bringing in foreign experts. We should catalog the excesses and the prudence and hold people accountable even if they abscond. We should develop the means of bringing the "generational" nation wreckers to justice even if "a la Paul Kagame style".Their lives are not worth more than any Ghanaian's. Let the hypocrites from the West howl. We'll do what we know is effective against such incorrigible politicians masquerading as national leaders.
