  A professional Accountant will not do this? Something is missing out of the case of the prosecution.
  Someone approaches you as a professional accountant and you engage him without due diligence.
  A tax audit was conducted that is almost equal to the taxe arresrs in question. Tax Liability includes the the taxes owed , penalty and interest. So there's something missing in the write up.
