From what I have gathered from this trial so far,there seemed be a conspiracy by Osarfo marfo, Adu Ampomah, Ff Amoah and William Mensah to simply destroy Dr Opuni just to give way to take over cocoa board and destroy to the state it find itself today.

Isn't it curious that all these conspirators conspirators were recalled back to work at cocoa even after many years of retirement?
How can you tell me that the fertiliser in question is not good and yet we have not gotten a single farmer to give adverse account on litovit ,even including Nana obeng Akrofi whose statement goes a long way to say litovit actually increased his yield by two bags but that wasn't HIS expectation.
The so called procurement breaches have all proven to be a hoax and that what is going on in cocoa board today simply makes nonsense of that allegation.

This trial to some of us has only come to exonerate Dr Opuni from the sort of impression people has created about that innocent, patriotic and gentleman. In fact this trial has come to show that Dr Opuni was simply a God sent to turn the fortunes of cocoa board and I not surprised that his record in terms of total annual production of cocoa which was 969000 metric tonnes remains one of Ghana 's highest yields.

The evil perpetuated by Adu Ampomah, osarfo Marfo and his niece, Evelyn keelson will go a long way to haunt them and their generations yet unborn. Evelyn keelson and her uncle have taken this case so personal because anything short of the conviction of Dr Opuni will render their corrupt kroll and associates thievery a matter for their incarceration.

How can take public money to Germany and stay in big hotels and eventually fail to present even one paragraph report? As for the innocence of Dr Opuni, it is now crystal clear for all to see.
