Nobody is against the liquidation plan but it is not in that contract signed between bank of Ghana the financial institutions that the customer would be kept to wait and paid from liquidated assets even if it does not match the payment amount. Bail out and removal of bank of Ghana boss are the clearer solutions. Let me warn that every single of a delay attracts a penalty and interest in accumulations.
