  It will not stop the big crooks in politics and the crooked civil servants from doing what they do best, stealing billions that belongs to all of us. They will still sign bogus contracts that will lead to massive judgement debts that will enrich them. They will still take bribes from us for doing their jobs. These are the main problems. It will not stop terrorists from using the phones to detonate a bomb or planting more bombs and blowing up people.
