IPP contracts first signed by NDC government and their party enjoyed 10-20% and NPP also continued and they also enjoyed 10-20% benefits with associated bribes all at the expense of the citizenry.
How can a few people scam a whole country is something unbelievable!!!
The IPP contracts are really hurting Ghana financially.
NDC and NPP are profiting from such bad contracts whiles the rest of us have to contend with multiple taxes and increased electricity utility bills to pay for these cut throat contracts

You can sign the best IPP agreement or whatever but if the people live in DUMSOR like it was under NDC, that agreement amounts to nothing.
