  2. You create a mess, devalue my capital, lock up my money in your pockets and u come to tell me u will pay me later than agreed. I say yoo then u come back to tell me that I am not capitally strong and that I need to increase my capital, whiles u still owe me and have not sorted the mess you created to devalue my capital. Now u appoint an someone to oversee my actions. What of my money locked up plus the mess etc u created

  "Unfortunately, my recent experience with UMB has been extremely disappointing. The bank's management seems to be lacking, as evidenced by unprofessional staff behavior, nonexistent customer service, and illegal deductions from customers' deposits. Their monthly fee deduction of Ghs50 without valid explanation is unjustifiable and has driven many customers, including myself, to close our accounts. It's disheartening to see a bank neglecting its customers' needs and resorting to such practices.

  That bank is ran by political criminals who manipulated and took over the bank when it was merchant bank.an account holder of the bank who was in hunivali lost 150 k ghc . They withdrew 80 and 70 thousand ghc in Ashaiman while the account owner is in Hunivali in the western region.when the account owner asked for explanation they just told him to go to court. I have an account there they blocked my atm card on Christmas. I was called to ask if I had been to Asia or USA then. I have never been to the countries they asked me of .they asked me to go for a new card after the holidays but I nearly closed the account
