  Mr mahatma you seem to be doing Yr bit the the problem is your staff send some teams to the field to verify the number of months it takes for one to get a meter after applying. The meters are in stock but they create artificial shortage to collect monies from clients meanwhile it is this same meters which will bring in the needed revenue to settle your outstanding debts. Your D T Os or whatever you call them are the most corrupt officers in the company .
