I pray this so-called rushed law suit does not open up more dangerous and damaging exposures.

I call it rushed because legal ethics dictates that the person is issued legal notice to authenticate, withdraw and apologise but that is not the case in this instance.

Rushing to court first does not necessarily make you a winner. Let's wait to what kind of worms are in the Pandora box

I have a feeling this case has no basis. If the alleged deal happened, then I don't know what can defamatory and libelous about Simons' tweet. AND THEY WANT GHC20m??!!! Dumb move by Fidelity in my opinion.
