  The Panafest was a very perfect opportunity to achieve that but those who really meant to stay had to go back because of our negative attitudes of insincerity. Those African Americans were robbed and cheated upon by those who they saw as their brothers and sisters. I am from Elmina but was working in Accra. You could see tears in their eyes because they have been betrayed by their own. I later heard from one journalist that the CIA had planted agents to check wether that could lead to some form of African unity. They know very well that IF every African American were to leave the US, that will be the end of America.

Ports, airports, good roads, side walks, well-laid out streets, street lights, easy land acquisition etc should be built or improved
