  Boss, there is a igbo adage which states that when one spends too much time in the lavatory one expects to see all kinds of flies, after the former prez. rebased the Ghana cedis it was almost at par with the USD and it exchanges for the same USD today and 13ghc a depreciation of almost a thousand and three hundred percent in the spate of(2024-2007) some 17 years and will continue to depreciate at such rate if everything says the same so for you to conclude that the government can miraculously buffer the cedi in any form, am sorry will constitute magical thinking
  The question again is why is the Tema Oil refinery not operational?
