  The SH Vega didn't dock at the Elmina fishing harbour but was at the anchorage.
  Dock means that the ship is right at the quai or wharf which was not the case.
  Well,now we have the correct photo.Good job done.

  1.It is a rather tiny cruise ship as cruise ship sizes go. It only has a Gross tonnage:10,700 tons .Compare that to say the behemoth cruise ship Icon of the seas which regularly sails out of Miami and has a gross tonnage of 232,000 tons and carries up to 7.600 passengers/guests or consider the UK based Cunard Queen Mary 2 which is the largest and only Cruise Liner (Liners are not cruise ships) in the world at a gross tonnage of nearly 150,000 tons and only carries 2,800 guests in luxury.
  Cruise ships often drop anchor a short distance from shore and take guests to shore using TENDERS . A tender is a small boat that’s used to transport passengers between their cruise ship and the port when the ship itself is unable to dock. These tenders are usually carried by the cruise ship, and often double as a lifeboat. Elmina clearly has no adequate docking facilities so tenders would have been used to ferry passengers to shore.
