  IMF should sometimes be blamed for contributing to the economic woes of the country. Your reps are are here and they see our leaders mismanage our resources. Your critique is most of the times not hard time enough. Come to think of the fact they even go to the extent of praising the government for some positive trends in the economy. Meanwhile, the ordinary person in the street does not feel your assessment. Now look at what you're now prescribing. Do you want the government to strangulate the ordinary people who bearing the brunt of hardship already.

They should tell the utility providers to GO OUT THERE AND RECOVER THEIR DEBTS FROM CONSUMERS. Legon, the universities etc don't pay for electricity. ECG etc should go for their money from them
