  THE EXTENT THAT, THE GOVERNMENT NURTURES PROMISING UP AND COMING
  ENTITIES TO MAKE THEM GROW FAST AND PRODUCE JOBS FOR THE COUNTRY.
  WE HAVE A LOT TO EMULATE IN GHANA -- ONLY IF WE CAN STOP FOOLING AROUND

  Going by your logic, it was OK for Mahama to have handed our bauxite concessions to his brother, not because there was not any other capable Ghanaian industrialist but, only on the single premise that he is a Ghanaian.
  
  This approach is only practised in an Animal Farm, and not in a civilized society.
