  A desperate COCOBOD looking for cash to stay afloat. Anything more than this season's 600 million approved by the banks would surprise me unless a strong third party materialises as guarantor.
  
  Afterall they still have to do a lot of cleaning up to do regarding old debt.
  
  In general it looks like a quite desperate attempt to support the Cedi with a big USD inflow just before the elections. Good luck with that last straw.

  I AM NOT SURE ANY INSTITUTION WANT TO LEND TO COCOBOD WHEN IT HAS ACCUMULATED SO MUCH DEBT, THEY SHOULD LOOK INTERNAL, THIS WILL ALSO REDUCE INFLATION.
