  The minimum salary bank of Ghana staff takes home per month is Ghc30,000.00, excluding other allowances while the civil servants keep suffering.
  
  This is the country we are in.
  
  I'm a civil servant and very disappointed in this government. Look at how we civil servants are suffering. Our salaries are nothing to write home Abt yet the government have failed to restructure our salaries. Some of us take home Ghc1,100 per month and yet some BoG staffs even take home more than Ghc30,000.00. some even Ghc48,000.00 and the rest. How can BoG staff salary be equal to a whole year salary of a civil servant?
  
  A mere staff at BoG salary is far higher than Major of Accra. How can this country move forward.
  BoG is just sharing the money to themselves.
  
  Look at the losses they keep recording for the country.
