I'm unable to fathom why Mr.Aidoo or the reporter is saying that the board was broke....The so called 1.8 billion that was expended in purchasing cocoa May have been reimbursed to the board after selling the produce unless our former Western Regional minister of the erstwhile J.J.Kuffour government/administration is telling us that those monies were not available at the time they assumed office....If not for anything,I know as an industry player(i.e the cocoa industry ) that during the Ex Administration's regime,parts of the syndicated loan was given to Licenced buying companies to purchase cocoa for onward submission to the board to in part, keep these companies afloat...The reverse is why almost all the local or indigenous LBC's are out of market...Talk of Kuapa kokoo,Adwumapa cocoa Buying company,Produce Buying Company (PBC),Trans Royal,Royal Commodity, etc..Do you part to save the ailing Industry Mr.Aidoo,and not just be seen as a passers-by....the name of the game is Legacy
