    How's Nigeria going to handle that when those introducing the rule are exact same copy of those they're targeting? It's systemic, a spillover from the mainstream sectors.

    Given the level of corruption of our governments- Nigeria & Ghana- nothing meaningful will happen in respect of bold-face extortion and begging at our ports of entries.

    Customs and immigration officers are the worse. They beg for everything and anything.... money..... soaps..... perfumes....body creams... KY jelly...... anything... Disgraceful elements.
