  do we have raw materials needed to produce cement in Ghana ?
  if we do have , The Government of Ghana should take a bold step to give production license to only those companies who are ready to abstract the raw materials we have in Ghana to produce cement.
  any company who want to import cement or it raw materials from abroad must be asked to prise it cement at a given low price index
  eg
  if the locally processed raw materials cement producer is selling 1bag of cement at GHS10
  the company who is importing into the. country must be regulated to sell it cement at GHS 8/ bag.
  
  This would discourage the people who just want only profit but does not take the national economy into consideration from doing cement business in Ghana.
  Ghana at this time need strategic developing partners but not greedy egoistic and parasitic bastards
