  Kofi Osafo-Maafo listen to me: Ownership is everything. The owners of a business appoint the managament. Why sell your stake in hotels when you have everything to gain from it. If the management isn't good, appoint a better management. If the hotel needs more capital, the managment will issue a bond. Kofi you are wrong. If you cannot train Ghanaians to run a hotel well, then appoint foreigners to work in he hotel.
