  What we need is measures to save the economy. Encroachers erect illegal wooden houses directly under high tension and get connected to the grid above. Ordinary users of electricity pay a double price. Airport and others don't pay over a long period of time. So others have to pay double. Fake meters are sold that nothing count correct. A lot of work must be done fairly.

  If Ghana is start functioning efficiently, members of Parliament should not serve as Ministers or Deputy Ministers while holding on to their Parliamentary seats. Also, Members of Parliament should not serve on government boards. Any Member of Parliament appointed to serve on a government board should resign their Parliamentary seat. Also, any member of Parliament appointed to serve as a Minister or Deputy Minister should reign their from their Parliamentary seat. It's not surprising that the ECG is into its third Board Chairman within the last six months, for that shows that the use of government agency Boards as political ping-pong doesn't contribute to good management free from government interference or meddling.
