  The minister thought he was meeting the chamber of construction only but the cement manufacturers decided to join but the Minister objected to their request because he tried to have a meeting with them in the presence of the media so that the ordinary Ghanaian will know what is going on and also know their wicked motives of increasing the prices of cement
