  Ghana's experiment at independence is proving to be very hurtful to many people. Our colonial masters described the first Prez. as wild and i refuse to think they may be right in the minutest of the word but the consequences of being a seemingly failed State is becoming increasing obvious. Our people are failing at tailoring proprietary scholarships to suit their way of life
