To our politicians, start today by promoting a culture of meritocracy across our country governmental institutions instead of the selfishness that has existed throughout this government and virtually all previous governments. I would rather prefer Ghana owns 90% of that gold concession and appoint a whiye MD so we pay him, give him targets and fire him when he fails. Not the other way round.
