Why should that hospital be built from scratch??? What sense does it make to go about building hospitals from scratch when existing ones have not been completed... dont have constant electricity ... and dont have ambulances?? ...

Till today , regional ministers of the NPP , national communication officers of the NPP can't pinpoint just one hospital or school built by this govt . They can't name one talkless of providing pictures to prove .

What baffles me is the constant condemnation of Mahama at the time he was taking those loans by the NPP only for them to campaign on that , win power and do the worse !!!
