Once a villager, always a villager. He carried what he used to do in his sito school days to parliament. Parliament is for people who make arguments of substance not derogative, meaningless statements.
This guy thinks that, by the using big words, reflect how intelligent he is, but a known fact is that people who are good communicators speak simple terms for listeners to understand.
