if we have GRA , which has workers across the country we use the taxpayer money to pay them, cannot collect the needed Tax, and we have to contract a group of people to do the tax collection , then we need to dissolve the GRA.

if you have a contract with somebody , don't we have a proper way of parting ways on mutual understanding so that nobody should seek legal redress from court ?

is it the case that - in the Ghana school of law, did not teach how best contracts are been handled or written before the parties are asked to sign it ?

or
is it a case people in authority deliberately cancel or terminate contracts for a judgement debt ?

why are we as a nation so delighted in announcing a judgement debt ?
I don't get it !

or could it be a case of we don't have the legal brains to be call upon in drafting a contract ?
or we allowed nobody sitting somewhere outside Ghana to draft the contract, - we don't read and understand the clauses in the contract but we just sign it ?

Always build a termination clause in the contracts you enter with an individual or company. The terminating clause should be simple and precise and it should be at will.

In my legal studis, that was one of the courses that I took seriously.
Every Government agency should have a legal arm.
We lose too much money to legal challenges. If you do not know how, retain a reputable firm whose specialy is Contracts.
